The property's location was excellent and perfect, in all a very worthwhile location to stay in the Cotswolds. It was also short walk to bar / restaurant, a simple English pub, and Chipping Norton. The guest room with gorgeous roll top bath, cool design, for instance was ideal for our weekend.

The food options were decent and affordable and the locals were friendly. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area. The room was cozy and had a warm fireplace.
The room was not properly maintained, with stained carpets and peeling wallpaper. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and the heating was inadequate for the cold winter weather.

Friendly staff, superb food, comfortable room Likes: the staff at this old-world pub were incredibly friendly and helpful. the food served here was absolutely superb. We enjoyed every meal we had during our stay. the room, although a bit tired, was comfortable enough for our needs. We also appreciated the nice touches like the lovely body lotion and hand wash provided. the location of the inn was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful Cotswold area.
Mildew in the bathroom, tired carpets Dislikes: One downside was the presence of mildew in the bathroom. It would have been better if this issue was addressed.

A hidden gem in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, the Inn boasts a beautiful building and picturesque surroundings. The potential to become a charming eatery and inn is evident. The staff were friendly and the pub had a great atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. While the breakfast lacked imagination, it was still enjoyable. I had a lovely weekend at the Lamb Inn and would recommend it.

Convenient location for exploring the area. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a lovely welcome gesture upon arrival. the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, and the breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from.
The carpets in the room looked worn and in need of replacement, which reduced the overall experience. the toiletries and towels were not replenished, causing inconvenience.

The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. the evening menu had a good variety of freshly cooked dishes that were well-presented. the portions were generous, ensuring that even the hungriest guests were satisfied. Another advantage was the central location, making it easy to explore the beautiful countryside and charming nearby villages of the Cotswolds. Plus, the inn had a cozy atmosphere with lots of character, thanks to its old age.
There were a few negatives that affected my overall experience. the bedroom could have used some maintenance, as there were visible signs of wear and tear.
